MINISTER MBALULA ROLL OUT S’HAMBA SONKE LABOUR INTENSIVE ROADS PROGRAMME

Transport minister, Hon. Fikile Mbalula, together with Free State Primier, Hon. Sisi Ntombela and the Acting MEC for Police, Roads and Transport in the Free State, Hon. Mamiki Qabathe, rolled out Provincial S’hamba Sonke (walking together) Labour Intensive Roads Construction and Maintenance programme at Thaba Bosiu in Qwaqwa today.
S’hamba Sonke roads programme focuses on the maintenance of secondary and rural roads with particular emphasis on labour intensive methods to repair potholes, construct and maintain roads.
