June 19 INVITATION TO CYCLIST AWARENESS CAMPAIGN


Road Safety and Capacity Building Directorate in collaboration with Paddle Power organization will hold a cyclist awareness campaign. The purpose of this event is to interact with cyclists and emphasize the issue of their safety on the road as well as making motorists aware of cyclists safety.

Criminals have become more strategic when coming to areas of robbery and one of the targets is to move in rural areas. So it is important to create Awareness’s that are to equip residents in rural areas on how to not become victims of snag criminals.

 HUMAN TRAFFICKING EVENT

The Department of Police, Roads, and Transport will host Human Trafficking Campaign. Department, community, churches, and society will join hands to say no to Human Trafficking. Through prayers, awareness, and educational initiatives, communities are pleaded with to be extra cautioned and help each other in identifying anyone who may be a human trafficker.
